New Year's Day - January 1, 2012.... that is the day I will begin my 40 days/40 nights feast of NOTHING but organic food and supplements.
I will video tape the preparation, as well as show the actual meals. I will eat only organic products available from Freshwater Organics, with one exception. I will also allow myself to eat organic eggs.
The reason for the production is to demonstrate that the Survive2Thrive bucket is not only for long term food storage, but that it is actually delicious, nutritious, and inexpensive. I will also be monitoring what happens to a body after 40 days without processes sugar, GMOs, medication, or other toxins. I will chart my weight, strength, size, and the total cost of each days' intake of supplements and meals. Videos will be posted daily at 40DayOrganic.blogspot.com
I will lay out the food, and may even share my menus with you in advance. I haven't decided if I will do this from my RV, warehouse, or kind of floating around to different areas. Right now, I am leaning toward the RV. This will be the dead of winter, here in Utah, so it will be pretty darn cold in the RV. But I think the adverse conditions, will be beneficial for my purposes. Often, on a poor diet, one's disposition can get pretty poor. I am hoping that the superb diet will improve the attitude and mental state, despite the harsh living conditions.
In addition to video taping the meals and their preparation, I will also talk about the importance of preparing for unknown emergencies. I will be doing some product reviews, as well as giving tips on how to prep on a budget.
