Day 1 - Dinner

I didn't tape my dinner preparation, because I just used the beans that I started soaking at lunch time, and mixed them with quinoa. It wasn't a particularly good dinner, but it was hot, nutritious, and there was plenty of it. I cooked a double batch, so I will have it for lunch tomorrow, too.
