Day 2 - Breakfast

Survive2Thrive Review - Day 2

Breakfast was quick and easy, cheap and good. You have to realize that these organic, nutritious meals are costing less than $6.00 per day. That means that this breakfast cost around $1.50 and I was completely stuffed when I got up from the table.

I prepared oatmeal, and gluten-free pancakes. I also made some organic coffee, that was horrible. I'm beginning to think that organic coffee is great for a liver flush (administered rectally) but not very good for drinking. I used to get some excellent organic coffee at Costco, but they stopped selling it. The last time I bought it, I bought 200 lbs, but that is all gone and now I can't replace it. Bummer. If you know of some good organic coffee, please let me know.

Today's video shows every step of the prep. It is so simple, I think a 7 year old could do this. I was much more alert today than yesterday.

There will be no prep at all for lunch. I fixed a double batch yesterday of black beans and quinoa, so I will eat the rest of that, and have one of those delicious Enerfood drinks. I need to figure out how to improve the taste of that. I will be mixing my supplements with today's drink. Also, I am planning to switch to tea until a viewer recommends a better coffee.

The girls and I are going to hit the gym now, and work on some ju jitsu holds, chokes and throws... and maybe take a quick swim. Then we will be back for lunch and another update.
