First Meal - 2013

Survive 2 Thrive Review
Day 1.... Breakfast... oatmeal. Yeah, not too fancy, but considering I just woke up from a big night of celebrating... I think I did pretty well to not fall asleep in it.

Easy to prepare. 170 calories. Bland. Next time I will add butter and some Sprouted Sunflower Seeds.
